Step 1: Complete your application(s)
Each adult occupant must submit:
  • Application form (attached at bottom of this page)
  • $40 fee/person (PayPal or cash only)
  • Proof of ID: Driver License plus one of:
    • Recent utility bill showing your name and current address.
    • Recent credit card stmt, opened in your name over 1 year ago.
  • Two most recent paystubs, or previous year's W2 statement.
  • If self-employed and receiving neither paycheck nor W2, please submit three most recent bank statements showing stable balance of two years' rent.
Please ensure your application(s) are complete, legible, and signed.  

We run our own checks of your credit, eviction, employment and rental history.  Our standard FICO-2004 credit check will result in a soft (not hard) inquiry on your credit report.

      Step 2: Deliver your application(s)

      To accelerate processing, please email the following text for each applicant:
      • Full legal name
      • Social Security Number
      • Birthdate (MM-DD-YYYY)
      • Driver's License and State
      • Current and Prior Addresses and associated Landlords' phone numbers
      Your information will be kept strictly confidential, visible only to the Landlord (Matthew Reiser).
      There is a non-refundable $40 application fee per occupant.  We accept cash or PayPal:

      Step 3: Finalize agreement

      We require:

      1. Money Order, Bank Check, or Cashier's Check for security deposit plus first month's rent.
      2. Signatures from each adult occupant on the lease (attached below).
