A: Yes, with separate refundable deposit.

Q: Does the house have central AC and heat?

A: Yes, it has both.

Q: Will you consider a lease other than 1 year?

A: Yes, with a different lease amount.

Q: May we move washer/dryer out of the kitchen?

A: Yes, as long as they are returned at move-out.

Q: Is everything in working condition?

A: Yes, but we do not permit usage of the garbage disposer in the kitchen.
